Golden Hands Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to assist clients with non-medical daily living tasks in the comfort of their homes. As a PCA, you will provide essential support to individuals who need help maintaining their independence, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those recovering from illness or injury. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide mobility support, including assistance with walking, transferring, and positioning.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe, organized living space.
• Prepare and serve meals that meet clients’ dietary needs and preferences.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance emotional well-being.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed (note: PCAs do not administer medications).
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social engagements as needed.
• Monitor clients’ physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the care team.
