Licensed Practical Nurses support RNs in delivering high-quality patient care, performing tasks such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care. Working under RN supervision, LPNs ensure client comfort and safety. We offer training on advanced skills and support LPNs aspiring to transition into RN roles with educational assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with medication administration and daily health monitoring.
• Provide basic wound care and monitor patient conditions.
• Support clients with mobility and daily activities.
• Report client progress and changes to the supervising RN.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia.
• Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Experience in home healthcare is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude.

Training and Advancement Opportunities:

LPNs are encouraged to pursue certifications and, if desired, transition to RN roles with educational support from Golden Hands.
