Golden Hands Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to assist clients with daily living activities and provide essential in-home care. As an HHA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those recovering from illnesses or surgeries. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers, walking support, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are followed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, tidying up, and maintaining a clean living environment.
• Monitor clients’ physical and emotional well-being, reporting changes or concerns to the care team.
• Provide companionship and social interaction to enhance clients’ emotional health and reduce isolation.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed (note: HHAs do not administer medications).
• Support clients with errands, grocery shopping, and other essential tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role (preferred but not required).
• Certification as a Home Health Aide (preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided).
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before the start date).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality care.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
