As a driver, you will play an essential role in supporting our clients’ mobility and independence by ensuring they reach appointments, errands, and other destinations on time and safely. Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and punctual transportation for clients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, social engagements, and other destinations.
• Assist clients with getting in and out of the vehicle as needed, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, performing regular checks and basic maintenance.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
• Communicate regularly with clients, families, and Golden Hands Healthcare staff to coordinate schedules and updates.
• Ensure clients’ belongings and mobility aids (if applicable) are transported securely.
• Handle emergencies or unexpected situations calmly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in transportation or a similar role (preferred).
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local roads and routes in the Atlanta metro area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist clients with limited mobility, including lifting or steadying them if needed.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
